Terms of Payment and Delivery

§ 1 PRICES

All prices include statutory VAT, any customs duties and all other price components. We deliver free of shipping costs. We ship with DHL or another provider of our choice.

§ 2 TERMS OF PAYMENT

2.1 Payment shall be made either by advance payment, PayPal or “Sofort” (formerly “Sofortüberweisung”).

2.2 If you choose payment in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must then be transferred to our account within ten days.

2.3 You probably know this: When purchasing with PayPal or “Sofort” you will be taken directly from the ordering process to the payment pages and make the payment. Your account will be debited upon completion of the order.

2.4 The payment processing for purchases with PayPal or “Sofort” is carried out by our external payment processor.

§ 3 TERMS OF DELIVERY

3.1 We deliver to all addresses within Germany and to Austria. Other countries are not excluded, but we ask you to contact us individually (email is sufficient: info(at)daspflaster.com).

3.2 We ship the pflaster within one week after receipt of payment (and thus conclusion of the contract).

§ 4 WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

The warranty is of course in accordance with the statutory provisions.

§ 5 CUSTOMER SERVICE

Even with the greatest precision, mistakes can happen. If, contrary to expectations, something does not work out as expected, or if you have any questions or requests, please contact us by email: info(at)daspflaster.com. We are friendly and accommodating.
